Nudes announce ‘Five Songs’ EP, stream in full

Cardiff/London outfit Nudes are to release their new EP ‘Five Songs’ via Cardiff label Reeks of Effort on 22nd July, and the whole thing is streaming exclusively on DIY ahead of the physical release.

The band, which includes members of playlounge and Saturday’s Kids, are preceding the release of their forthcoming debut full-length with a compilation-of-sorts of their earliest material. The record is scrappy, sweet and unrelenting, with Sion Thomas and Saam Watkins’ dual vocals constantly interchanging and providing two very different sides to the band.

Nudes are also set to head out on a weekend tour this month to celebrate the EP’s release, with the shows beginning in Bristol at Roll For The Soul on 23rd July.
