The band have also shared ‘Well Organised’, another track lifted from their forthcoming album ‘Here Because Of Hope’.

Ezra Collective announce huge 2027 headline tour

Currently in the midst of a busy festival season, Ezra Collective have announced plans to continue their live streak with their biggest world headline tour to date.

The 2023 Mercury Prize winning troupe are set to return with their new album ‘Here Because Of Hope’ on 18th September, and have now confirmed plans to take it out on the road in late 2026 and early 2027. While they’ll make stops across Australia, Asia and North America later this year, the London outfit will return for a hefty European and UK run in early 2027.

For the UK and Ireland, the band have announced ten live shows, kicking off with two nights at Bristol’s Prospect Building on 26th and 27th February, before making stops in Nottingham, Dublin, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, and Birmingham. The run will then conclude with two nights at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on 18th and 19th March consecutively. The shows will also feature support from collaborator and ‘Only Love’ guest Pa Salieu

Speaking of their forthcoming fourth album - which follows on from 2024’s ‘Dance, No One’s Watching’ - the band have said: “This album is the journey from that pain to joy, and the connective word in the middle is hope. We hope that this album makes people dance, We hope it makes people cry. There are stories woven into every single fabric of the record, and those stories most eloquently put by 5 adults that met as children.”

Alongside news of their touring plans, the band have also shared another new track in the form of ‘Well Organised’. “I was spending time with the Kinetika Bloco Youth Club; they were playing steel pans and the most beautiful line caught my attention,” bandleader Femi Koleoso has said of the track. “I recorded it on my phone and lived with it. It had the emotion and beauty that I associate with dancehall, bashment, reggae and so many other beautiful sounds that come from Jamaica. We began to build stories, melodies and rhythms one by one. When it felt like home, we called our sister Lila Iké to furnish the house with love and good vibes.”
