Kraftwerk are doing their first UK tour in thirteen years
They’ll be taking their snazzy 3D concert set-up with them.
Though they’ve popped over for the odd performance at Latitude and the Tate Modern, Kraftwerk haven’t played a full tour in the UK for thirteen years. It’s all change now; the Düsseldorf krautrockers are heading here for eleven dates, including two nights at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
They’ll be touring their very jazzy 3D concert set-up, which they previously took to Latitude, the Tate Modern, and New York’s Museum Of Modern Art in 2013.
With the newly-announced UK tour winding up a week before Glastonbury, there’s speculation that the German band might be heading there afterwards. It’d be their first time at the festival.
Kraftwerk’s last album was 2003’s ‘Tour De France Soundtracks’. Check out their headline dates below. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday.
