Listen: MØ Covers The Spice Girls’ ‘Say You’ll Be There’

Any child of the the 90s is an automatic fan of The Spice Girls. Karen Marie Ørsted aka MØ is no exception. She’s performed a bit of a ‘Sorry London Grammar, imma let you finish, but…’ with this cover of ‘Say You’ll Be There’. It uses all the staples of MØ’s sound; trashy beats, excitable vocals, and gives them a Girl Power glaze.

Also: The artwork, right, seems to suggest that MØ’s obsession with The Spice Girls goes as far as forming a cover group. Is that her in the middle dressed as Mel B? It must be.
