MØ opens new chapter with double single ‘Hunnybån’ / ‘Fine Curls’
The two new tracks are different sides of the same emotional coin.

Having dropped her fourth studio album ‘Plæygirl’ back in May last year, MØ has now released a pair of new tracks recorded towards the end of that particular era - songs which are still imbued with its playful, self-aware energy, but stand slightly separate to the rest of the record.
The first of the two, ‘Hunnybån’, is a bouncy earworm that explores what MØ has described as “the fury you feel when someone cheats on your bestie,” while ‘Fine Curls’ is a starker offering that she says captures “a shameless, tender longing for the one who got away”.
The Danish pop stalwart recently announced that she would be pressing pause on touring and live shows in favour of focusing on her mental health, as well as writing and recording new music - and if these singles are anything to go by, that time has already been very well spent.
Revisit our 2024 interview with MØ and watch the brilliantly chaotic video for ‘Hunnybån’ below.
