Premiere: Listen: Sasha Keable Streams ‘Living Without You’ Track
Hear a spellbinding new track from Sasha Keable’s ‘Lemongrass & Lime Leaves’ EP.

South East London talent Sasha Keable puts all emphasis on her twisted and contorted vocals for ‘Living Without You’, a new track from her second EP ‘Lemongrass & Lime Leaves’. Even though layer upon layer of vocal is aligned in unison, it’s still distinctly Sasha - there’s no-one to back up this sense of loneliness, which is pretty fitting.
An emotionally frail track, it’s a big step up from last year’s ‘The Black Book’. West Coast funk (Sasha’s been working with Blood Orange aka Dev Hynes on material for her first album - it shows) slides up alongside pensive synth pop, with the final chorus line of ‘I won’t understand’ sounding otherworldly in its delivery.
Sasha Keable plays London Birthdays on 26th May - tickets are available from 9am, Thursday 24th April via this presale.
