Competition Win tickets for Dutch Uncles at Dr. Martens’ Stand For Something Tour

The band play at Glasgow’s Nice ‘N’ Sleazy this Saturday.

On Saturday (26th September), this year’s UK leg of the Dr. Martens Stand For Something Tour, in association with DIY will kick off up in Glasgow as Dutch Uncles take to the stage in the rather intimate confines of Nice ‘N’ Sleazys. They’ll be joined by local lads United Fruit and Schnarff Schnarff.

“I remember being in dire need of a veggie fix the last time we played there,” frontman Duncan Wallis reminisces, on the subject of Glasgow. “It was day 12 of a tour and emotions were running high from the long journey and getting caught in a constant sideways rain on Sauchiehall street. The only option they had was a deep fried veggie haggis burger and in hindsight it was a refreshingly unapologetic local delicacy, but at the time all I wanted to do was cry. Now I always take my own veg to Glasgow.”

Luckily for you, dear readers, we’ve got a pair of tickets to give away - to be in with a chance of winning, simply make a tweet, or use any of the other options on the form below. The competition closes on Wednesday 23rd September, and you can increase your odds by entering every day until then.
