Adam Yauch’s Will Bans Use Of Beastie Boys Songs In Ads
MCA won’t let any of his art be used in advertising.

The will of the late Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch bans the use of Beastie Boys songs from being used in advertising, DNAinfo.com reports.
The will, which was filed in Manhattan on Tuesday, also specifies that his $6.4m fortune should be placed in trust for his wife, and their 13-year-old daughter. His wife, Dechen Yauch, is also given the right to manage his artistic property.
Yauch died back in May, at the age of 47. He had been battling for three years with cancer.
