Amateur Best announces second album ‘The Gleaners’, shares new track

Joe Flory aka Amateur Best has announced plans to release his second album, ‘The Gleaners’.

The follow-up to his ‘No Thrills’ 2013 debut is out 2nd October on Brille Records. It’s being led by ‘Marzipan’, an ultra-playful extension of the imaginative pop showcased on his debut.

It’s called ‘The Gleaners’ “because it’s my way of taking little snippets of all the stuff I like and reinterpreting it,” says Flory. Like on the debut, Chilly Gonzales is set to feature - on ’19’.
