Countryside escape
Ardyn head outdoors with ‘The Valley’, taken from a new EP
Buzzy duo are putting out a new release this month.

Over the weekend, alt-folk duo Ardyn played a buzzy set in DIY’s The Alcove stage, at Latitude Festival. The Maccabees’ Orlando Weeks was in attendance ahead of his headline performance, and they showcased music from a forthcoming new EP.
‘The Valley’ is out 19th July, via Aesop. Production whizz James Ford was behind the desk, with Mike Crossey providing additional production.
Alongside the EP news, Ardyn have shared a countryside-dwelling video for ‘The Valley’’s title-track. It finds the duo seeking inspiration on clifftops, open roads and grand landscapes. “To go down to such a secluded and beautiful place of beauty truly overwhelmed us,” they say. It does look bloody nice, to be fair.
Ardyn play the following festival shows this summer:
JULY
21 Secret Garden Party
23 Tramlines Festival
29 Farmfest
AUGUST
18 Green Man
