Bestival 2011 tickets have sold out.
Rob Da Bank’s Isle Of Wight weekender has sold out of tickets for the seventh year in a row, the festival’s curator said of the sales:
‘We’re mega proud to have sold out Bestival for the seventh year running. Selling 50,000 tickets for a 100% independent festival in the current climate is no mean feat but its all thanks to our wicked crowd of regulars and new Bestivalites and music lovers who have chosen to join us on the Isle of Wight in 3 weeks… Thanks for the support and see you in the magic meadows of Bestival!’
The festival will feature headline appearances from Bjork, The Cure & Pendulum, as well as acts including PJ Harvey, Brian Wilson, Zola Jesus, Public Enemy and Kelis playing across the festival’s 18 stages, with further notable performances from Tom Vek, Odd Future & Frankie & The Heartstrings.
