Biffy Clyro unleash latest ‘Futique’ cut ‘Hunting Season’
The Scottish trio are set to release their tenth album this September.

Just a week on from announcing plans for a huge UK and European tour next year, Biffy Clyro have shared a second preview of their forthcoming new album.
Having already shared its lead single ‘A Little Love’, the Scottish trio have now offered up another new cut from ‘Futique’, this time in the form of ‘Hunting Season’. Armed with storming verses and a soaring chorus, it’s a track that feels to echo the huge, swinging dynamic of ‘Living Is a Problem Because Everything Dies’ and then some.
”‘Hunting Season’ is saying, ‘I don’t know if I can judge myself through the eyes of someone else,” the band’s Simon Neil has said, of the track’s themes. “It’s hard enough to know who you are and what matters to you, but if you’re worrying too much about how other people are seeing you then you don’t stand a chance. I feel like we’re all judged so much by people in the outside world who don’t know anything about us and that can be really scary.”
The track gets lifted from the band’s forthcoming tenth album, which is set for release on 26th September via Warner, and follows their 2020 album ‘A Celebration of Endings’ and its follow-up, 2021’s ‘The Myth of the Happily Ever After’.
