Björk announces new album, ‘Vulnicura’

It’s out in March, with production from Arca and The Haxan Cloak.

Björk has announced her new album, ‘Vulnicura’, via a hand-written note.

The follow-up to ‘Biophilia’ is released in March. As previously confirmed, it’s set to feature additional production from Arca and The Haxan Cloak. As well as releasing 2014 debut ‘Xen’, Arca’s production roles include Kanye West’s ‘Yeezus’ and the debut FKA twigs EP.

Alongside the album title, Björk confirmed every song title:

- Stonemilker

- Lionsong

- History of Touches

- Black Lake

- Family

- Notget

- Atom Dance

- Mouth Mantra

- Quicksand

As well as the new album, a retrospective devoted to the Icelandic star’s career will run at New York’s Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) from 7th March to 7th June. Andrew Huang is the creative director of the exhibition.

So far, Björk has confirmed herself for New York Governors Ball 2015.
