News Blondie, Dolly Parton To Play Glastonbury 2014
Newly self-confirmed acts join Arcade Fire and Warpaint on the bill.
New names are gradually emerging to form the bill for Glastonbury 2014. Organisers are keeping cards close to their chest, despite the Worthy Farm fest selling out months ago.
It's today been confirmed that Dolly Parton will be on the bill, the legendary singer being announced by Emily Eavis, who stated: 'It really doesn't get much better than this!'
And Blondie singer Debbie Harry confirmed in an interview with the Metro that the band would be appearing.
'We just heard today - we're going to be playing Glastonbury,' she confirmed while appearing at London's Brixton Academy for the NME Awards.
Arcade Fire are confirmed Glastonbury headliners, with Kasabian strongly rumoured to close out the fest. Warpaint and Lily Allen are also on the bill.
