Bloody Knees create the mother of all freakouts with ‘Daydream’ video

The subject matter’s dark as hell, but Bloody Knees are at their best in this twisted, chicken-stained new clip.

What in the living hell is going on in this Bloody Knees video? Oh wait. Oh god. That’s what it’s about? Christ.

In ‘Daydream’, Brighton band Bloody Knees - famed for doing stupid things like skidding their faces on the floors of McDonalds, or jumping into bins immediately after their Reading Festival set (DIY was there to witness it) - have upped the anti on dumb antics with their new video.

Jumping straight into the gory details, it’s a video that attempts to explain how the “back passage” of a human being is an entry into the soul. Filmed on a low budget, this clip takes on a deadly form. It sees band members experiencing unbelievable freak outs, and it contains enough greasy chicken to render watching this the equivalent of a disgusting night out.

‘Daydream’ is taken from the brilliant ‘Stitches’ EP, out now.
