Brockhampton bring frenzied performance of ‘District’ to Fallon
It’s the boyband’s second performance on the show this year.
Earlier this year, Brockhampton made their big tv debut, showcasing new song ‘Tonya’ on Fallon.
Since then, they’ve played their debut European shows, shared a new documentary, and released new album ‘iridescence’, which proceeded to top the Billboard 200 in the US.
The band are currently in the middle of a huge US tour in support of the record, which includes three nights at New York’s Terminal 5 venue, and last night (23rd October) the band returned to Fallon.
The six-piece played ‘iridescence’ track ‘District’ backed with an orchestra, and brought a frenzied performance to the show, showing a completely different side to the group than the subdued, seated performance of ‘Tonya’ back in summer.
In our review of ‘iridescence’, we wrote: “By confronting the bumps they’ve found in the road over the last year, Brockhampton have found a new sense of unity, and it shows that the band possess a truly special voice.”
