Broken Bells are to release a new EP this month.
The duo - Danger Mouse and James Mercer - will issue ‘Meyrin Fields’ on 29th March (in the US, anyway), a four track EP featuring album bonus track ‘An Easy Life’ alongside previously unreleased tracks.
The tracklisting is:
1. Meyrin Fields
2. Windows
3. An Easy Life
4. Heartless Empire
Fact: the music of Broken Bells once soundtracked the entirety of a visit to Asda - via their speakers, not our headphones. Other bands who have graced this particular supermarket store’s sound system include Frankie & The Heartstrings and Belle & Sebastian.
