Broods share new single ‘Heartlines’, co-written by Lorde
The band’s second album, ‘Conscious’, comes out this month.

Broods are set to release their second album ‘Conscious’ later this month, and its standout new single ‘Heartlines’ comes with a very special co-writer.
Fellow Kiwi Lorde has revealed she helped to write the track, and it certainly channels her moody, dark pop, and explains at least part of what Ella Yelich-O’Connor has been up to and why we still haven’t had a sniff of the follow-up to 2013’s ‘Pure Heroine’.
‘Heartlines’ follows the excellent ‘Free’ in previewing the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Evergreen’, which comes out on 24th June. Listen to it below.
