Caribou announces ‘Our Love’ album, streams ‘Can’t Do Without You’
Listen to the lead track from Dan Snaith’s follow-up to 2010 LP ‘Swim’.
Caribou has announced details of his new album, ‘Our Love’. Out 6th October via City Slang (7th October via Merge in the US), the record follows on from the celebrated 2010 LP.
Alongside the news, Dan Snaith has shared the lead track, ‘Can’t Do Without You’. A looped, luscious return, it’s very much in the line of the last album, but it’s showing a much warmer side, with vocals more at the forefront.
The new album features contributions from Owen Pallett and Jessy Lanza. “I hope you like this song and can’t wait for you to hear the whole album,” said Snaith in a statement to fans.
“Thank you for waiting so patiently for it - it’s taken me a long time but I hope you’ll agree it’s been worth the wait.”
Caribou plays London’s Jabberwocky Festival this August. He’s also announced new autumn/winter European shows, including London Koko. Listen to ‘Can’t Do Without You’ and check out dates below the player.
