Casiokids Unveil Debut Album Details

Casiokids have unveiled details of their forthcoming debut album.

The record, entitled ‘Aabenbaringen Over Aaskammen’, will be released in January on Moshi Moshi Records.

Preceeding the full length release will be single ‘Det Haster!’, due out on 17th October via the same label.

Vocalist Ketil Kinden Endresen says of the release: ‘Doing the recordings within the same timeframe left us more focused in the studio, shaping ideas from sketches into the finished songs with the whole album in mind.

‘Even though we’ve become more interested in production possibilities, we still wanted to retain the rawness of the earlier releases. The dulcet tones of the Casio will always be at the core of our manifesto.’

The Norwegian band also have a string of UK dates this November:
