Courtney Barnett performs live as Freddy Krueger for KEXP session
The live performance session was recorded on Halloween
Courtney Barnett took her first opportunity (ever) to dress up for Halloween as Freddy Krueger. Part of a special live session for Seattle’s KEXP, Barnett and her band donned the make up and costumes and performed four tracks taken from the combined release ‘A Sea Of Split Peas’.
Barnett and her band are currently finishing a North American tour before returning to Europe to play a series of dates. Courtney Barnett is currently finishing off her forthcoming debut album, the follow-up to ‘Double EP: A Sea of Split Peas’ - it’s tentatively due out in early 2015.
