Death From Above 1979 postpone US tour dates, cite visa issues
The band’s set at Third Man Records is included.
Death From Above 1979 have been forced to postpone a series of US tour dates, citing “immigration/visa issues”.
The band had been due to begin their dates at Third Man Records in Nashville on 16th July, where they were set to play a set that’d be recorded live to acetate for pressing in to 12” vinyl.
Dates in Norfolk, VA, Richmond, VA and Washington, DC are also affected. “All other July/August shows are still on,” they add.
A statement posted on their Instagram explained it was “circumstances far beyond our control” (with sad-looking emoji).
