Desaparecidos announce ‘Payola’, their first album in 13 years
Hear lead track ‘City on the Hill’, previewing the group’s June release.
Conor Oberst’s Desaparecidos have announced ‘Payola’, their first album in thirteen years.
Due out 23rd June via Epitaph Records, the new album was co-produced by Mike Mogis, with Against Me’s Laura Jane Grace amongst the guests, alongside So So Glos and Cursive’s Tim Kasher.
The latter features on ‘City on the Hill’, which is streaming below an LP tracklist. The new album follows 2002’s ‘Read Music / Speak Spanish’, and a couple of reunion tours, the latest being back in 2013. Desaparecidos are set to play at this year’s Coachella - no European dates have been announced (yet).
