DRINKS share video for ‘Hermits on Holiday’

Welsh singer-songwriter Cate Le Bon and White Fences’ Tim Presley recently decided to team up and put out an album together under the name DRINKS. The title track from ‘Hermits on Holiday’ now has lo-fi visuals to accompany its whimsical post-punk twinkling.

The video mostly features a slightly windswept Cate Le Bon sat in her shed while what her actual parents dance around in the
background with the kind of sweet moves only folks can pull off. Meanwhile cuts of seals lounging around in the sun and dogs running about generally being dogs intersperse the low-fi, VHS-style recording while occasional shots of graveyard give a slightly foreboding edge to the whole affair.

Newly signed to Heavenly Recordings, DRINKS release their debut album ‘Hermits On Holiday’ on 21st August and are also set to play a string of UK shows in September.
