Dry Cleaning announce ‘Boundary Road Snacks And Drinks’ EP, share ‘Sit Down Meal’
The announcement comes less than a month since the release of their debut EP ‘Sweet Princess’.
After bursting out with their brilliant debut track ‘Magic of Meghan’ in July, South London four-piece Dry Cleaning are quickly becoming our firm new faves. With August’s debut EP ‘Sweet Princess’, the post-punk four-piece showed off their penchant for clever lyricism and crafting captivating soundscapes, and now they’re back with their first new material since then.
Announcing their brand new EP ‘Boundary Road Snack And Drinks’, which is due for release on 25th October, they’ve also shared first cut ‘Sit Down Meal’ today. “It’s set at the moment just after being suddenly dumped,” vocalist Florence Shaw explains. “You cling to details, things you did together and reel at their significance. If you smell their perfume on someone else you feel overwhelmed, but immediately and painfully aware of how lightning quick a relationship can evaporate into thin air.”
Have a listen below and catch the group IRL at the below dates:

19 - Simple Things Festival, Bristol
