FKA Twigs and Kate Tempest have odds slashed ahead of Mercury Prize nominees announcement
The twelve Albums of the Year are set to be announced tomorrow, 10th September.

One day ahead of the Mercury Prize 2014 nominees announcement, early favourites have had their odds slashed by Ladbrokes.
FKA Twigs (for debut ‘LP1’), Kate Tempest (for ‘Everybody Down’) and East India Youth (for ‘Total Strife Forever’) have emerged as the bookies favourites. The former two are both joint at 3/1 to win the prize.
Elsewhere, Royal Blood and Jungle have odds of 6/1, but East India Youth has notably seen his odds reduced from 33/1 to 10/1 today.
Mica Levi and Damon Albarn are amongst those also tipped to be nominated, with the announcement taking place at 5.30pm tomorrow in a ceremony at The Hospital Club, Covent Garden.
The final winner will be announce at London Roundhouse on 29th October.
