FKA twigs streams debut album ‘LP1’ in full

Tahliah Barnett aka FKA twigs is streaming her debut album ‘LP1’ in full ahead of its 11th August release.

The record consists of ten new tracks - building on from last year’s ‘EP1’ and ‘EP2’ - including lead single ‘ Two Weeks’. There’s also centrepiece ‘Pendulum’, which includes production from Paul Epworth, and ‘Hours’, which features Dev Hynes from Blood Orange.

DIY review’s of the record calls it the “brave first step she had to take” - “There’s a strange sadness to twigs’ delivery. It’s almost like she’s in possession of complete power and she doesn’t quite know where to place it.”

‘LP1’ is out 11th August on XL imprint Young Turks.
