Fleet Foxes announce ‘A Very Lonely Solstice Livestream’
Robin Pecknold will be performing solo from St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church in Brooklyn.
Following the release of fourth full length ‘Shore’ in September, Fleet Foxes’ Robin Pecknold has announced that he’ll be performing a solo acoustic livestream on Winter Solstice (21st December) from St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church in Brooklyn.
He’ll also be joined by the Resistance Revival Chorus for the performance, and you can grab your tickets here.
In addition to this, the band will be making the stems for ‘Shore’ available this Friday (4th December) via Bandcamp. “VERY excited to release all of the stems for Shore this Friday on Bandcamp,” Robin says. “This is eleven hours of all of the album’s isolated tracks, solo’d drums, vocals, horns, bass, guitars - every individual piece of every song untangled and laid bare. These aren’t royalty free, but any and all remixing / sampling / twisting / creative reuse and reimagining for your personal, non-commercial use is highly encouraged. And if you want to sample for commercial release, just get in touch. Enjoy!”
