Florence + The Machine are soundtracking the new Final Fantasy game
Hear ‘Too Much Is Never Enough’, from the original soundtrack to Final Fantasy XV.

Nerds of the world, rejoice - Florence + The Machine are set to soundtrack Square Enix’s latest Final Fantasy instalment.
‘Songs From Final Fantasy XV’, a new three-track release from Florence Welch’s group, is being led ‘Too Much Is Never Enough’. It’s paired with the equally epically-titled ‘I Will Be’ and ‘Stand By Me’; a cover of the Ben E King classic.
“I was listening to Classic FM and there was a whole two hour program about classical music in videogames,” explains Florence herself in a statement. “It was so inspiring and a whole scope of music that I didn’t know about. It was really fascinating, the music was incredibly beautiful and emotional and I took it as a sort of sign, to see what I can do in this medium.”
To be honest, it’s probably not hugely different from the massive, cinematic bangers she puts out on the reg, but it’s always nice to try new things. Listen to ‘Too Much Is Never Enough’ below.
