Florence & The Machine to headline Øya Festival 2015
Caribou and Future Islands also in first batch of names.
Florence & The Machine has added another date to her 2015 comeback, headlining Norway’s Øya Festival.
Welch is the first headliner to be announced for the August event, with Caribou, Flying Lotus, Run The Jewels and more to appear down the bill, alongside a host of Norwegian acts.
Florence & The Machine has already been announced for a number of European festivals next summer, playing Belgium’s Rock Werchter and Germany’s Hurricane Festival in June, while Caribou is to headline 2015’s Field Day.
Last year’s Øya Festival was headlined by Queens of the Stone Age, Outkast and The National. This year’s event takes place from the 11th-15th August in Oslo.
