Florence + The Machine walks on water for Ellen performance
Florence Welch performed ‘Ship to Wreck’.
Is there nothing Florence + The Machine can’t do? She breaks her foot on stage but still continues to tour. She runs like a lunatic when being given the Pyramid Stage headline slot at Glastonbury, as if Dave Grohl’s dodgy leg wasn’t a deterrent. And now, performing on Ellen, she’s achieved the feat of walking on water.
This miracle backed up a performance of ‘Ship to Wreck’, a highlight from 2015 album ‘How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful’. Ship truly wrecked on the coastline, she filled the Ellen studio with a pool of liquid, completely ignoring electric safety hazards (good luck cleaning that up, by the way).
