Flying Lotus confirms that he is writing a movie

Flying Lotus has confirmed a series of projects that he is currently working on, after a short Q&A session on Twitter. There’s set to be a new video from ‘You’re Dead!’ next week, Steven Ellison’s most recent release from 2014.

In the four tweets he answered to curious fans, Ellison confirmed he is writing a movie, has already nailed a concept for a new album and hinted at another album under his Captain Murphy alias. He also had a huge contribution to the forthcoming Kendrick Lamar album which is due this year, stating he would “gamble on it” to be the best album of 2015.

Flying Lotus will be playing at Coachella this year, an announcement which was confirmed two days back. Check out tweets from the Q&A below.
