Foo Fighters, The Cure and Queens of the Stone Age to headline Chicago’s Riot Fest
Death Cab for Cutie, The Postal Service and The Mars Volta have also been added to the bill.
Riot Fest have announced the lineup for their 2023 edition, and it includes some big hitters.
Headliners include Foo Fighters, The Cure, The Postal Service, Death Cab for Cutie and Queens of the Stone Age, with Turnstile, The Mars Volta, Mr. Bungle, 100 gecs, Tegan and Sara and Death Grips also on the bill.
The event takes place from 15th to 17th September at Douglass Park in Chicago, and tickets went on sale on 16th May.
The annual festival has been running since 2005, and this year will feature carnival rides, arcade games and the return of their own wedding chapel.
Other names on the 2023 lineup include AFI, Cults, Enola Gay, Enter Shikari, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Jehnny Beth, Just Mustard, Ride and Viagra Boys.
Riot Fest was named #1 Music Festival by USA Today in 2016 and in 2021 it was voted Best Music Festival in a poll for Chicago Reader.
