Fair enough:
Four Tet wants to turn The Trocadero into “the London equivalent of Berghain”
Kieran Hebden’s got his eyes on the abandoned building, but doesn’t have the dosh.

Following the announcement of the impending closure of Dalston’s Dance Tunnel yesterday, Four Tet’s gone and got his real estate hat on.
More specifically, he’s eyeing up The Trocadero in London, with the aim of turning it into “the London equivalent of Berghain.” For the uninitiated, Berghain’s the super-massive, supposed best-club-in-the-world in Berlin - you’d know if any of your mates had gone, because they’d never shut up about it.
Obviously being an in-demand producer doesn’t quite stump up the cash for these sort of things, mind. “If you have nuff money and want to help please get in touch,” he’s asked. Maybe someone’ll set up a JustGiving? There’s already a hashtag, the catchy as hell #helpfourtetbuythetrocaderoandturnitintoaclub
