Four Tet knows what year it is with ‘Two Thousand And Seventeen’
Annie Mac revealed that the producer has been “making music for the past 10 months.”
Four Tet has returned with his first new music since 2015’s ‘Morning/Evening.’ Harking back to his musical past, and the present alike. the producer’s new track ‘Two Thousand and Seventeen’ (yep, he knows what year it is) tinkles with rich, cavernous dulcimer.
Kieran Hebden’s new song aired for the first time on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show, and the DJ stated that Four Tet has been “making music for the past 10 months.” Fingers crossed that a follow-up to ‘Morning/Evening’ is well underway, then.
