Frank Carter reveals new project, Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes
The band announce live date and debut of first song.
Frank Carter has been awfully quiet since his band, Pure Love, announced an indefinite hiatus last February after a “hard year”. That looks set to change though after the ex-Gallows frontman shared the first details about his new band earlier on today.
Named Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes, this project looks to be the return to heavy music that Frank has been teasing over the past few weeks, promising “If you liked Gallows while I was in the band…You will love this.” Following on from the 15-second video that appeared online last week, the band’s first song is getting its debut this weekend on the Radio 1 Rock Show.
At the moment their website shows details of just one live date at Sang Bleu on May 14th 2015, which just so happens to be the time and location of the launch of Frank’s new art exhibition. According to his Instagram, “Modern Ruin: May 14th - June 17th at Sang Bleu contemporary art space! Free exhibition of new work!”
