Frank Ocean is headlining Lovebox 2017
His first UK date in support of ‘Blonde’, and a London festival exclusive.
Well then. Frank Ocean has announced his first UK show in support of new album ‘Blonde’, headlining next year’s Lovebox.
Ocean will headline the festival on Friday 14th July, as a London festival exclusive for 2017. That opens the door for a potential Glastonbury appearance, and the Lovebox date conveniently also falls on the weekend of next year’s Latitude.
The singer recently opened up about the process of writing ‘Blonde’, his split from Def Jam and not submitting ‘Blonde’ and his visual album ‘Endless’ for consideration for the Grammys to the New York Times.
Frank Ocean plays Lovebox on 14th July, with more dates now expected soon.
