Frankie Cosmos gets 'Sinister' in new video

Frankie Cosmos has a new video for ‘Sinister,’ which sees Greta Kline starring opposite a bodybuilder alter-ego. For whatever reason, the unlikely duo meet through the windows of an abnormally fast-moving train, and get along so well, they proceed to perform synchronised dance routines together. As you do.

“Eliza had been working with Don Martone (the bodybuilder) on a movie called True Barbarian and she thought he’d make a good alter-ego for Frankie, wanting to play with the idea of fragmentary personas,” explained Greta in a press release, speaking about the video. “I relate to the idea because for me it’s about having very different sides to myself, and needing those different personas to accept each other / co-exist.”

‘Sinister’ appears on Frankie Cosmos’ latest album ‘Next Thing,’ which came out earlier this year.

Frankie Cosmos makes a live return to the UK in September - find full details here. Watch the new Eliza Doyle-directed video for ‘Sinister’ below.
