Frankie Cosmos get gooey in the video for ‘Jesse’

Their new album ‘Vessel’ is out this Friday.

This Friday (30th March), Frankie Cosmos are releasing their new album ‘Vessel’ via Sub Pop.

Before that though, there’s just enough time to squeeze in a new clip from the band! Having already shared a clip for ‘Apathy’ at the beginning of the month, the band are back with a video for ‘Jesse’, a track they shared alongside the album’s announcement. It’s a clip that overlays clips of the band performing the track on to images of them playing with goo, cutting up images and playing with toy cars. Basically, all of the fun.

Greta Kline said in a press release: “For the video for “Jesse,” we were inspired by ASMR and slime culture. We wanted the song to be paired with mesmerizing and satisfying imagery. It turned into a marathon of playing with toys and goo”.

The band are also heading out on a short string of UK dates throughout May. Tickets are on sale now.
