Franz Ferdinand get surreal in video for ‘Glimpse Of Love’
OK, so they weren’t exactly the most serious guys before…
Franz Ferdinand have shared a video for ‘Always Ascending’ cut ‘Glimpse Of Love’.
Strictly speaking, it’s a video for the re-working of the track, recorded as live and re-titled ‘Glimpse Of Love (Version)’, but let’s not get too pedantic about things.
The video was shot “just outside Paris” by film maker Alice Kunisue. And if that didn’t tell you it was ‘very French’ in its style, watching it definitely will.
The band play London’s Roundhouse on 26th September, as well as a handful of festival dates across the summer. Tickets for that show are on sale now.
Franz Ferdinand play Mad Cool (12th - 14th July) where DIY is an official media partner. Tickets are on sale now. Visit diymag.com/presents for more information.
