Glastonbury organisers will host a new event before 2020
Emily Eavis also says Radiohead are unlikely to play a secret set this year.

As well as unveiling Glastonbury’s full line-up for 2016, organiser Emily Eavis has spoken about plans to host a new event within the next four years.
Speaking to The Guardian, Eavis says the same team behind Glasto are looking to set up a new event “in 2019 or 2018, but probably 2019.”
“We are going to do a show somewhere else with the same team behind Glastonbury but it hasn’t got a name yet and we’re still not entirely sure what shape it’s going to take,” she explained. “For now we’re all [focused] on Worthy Farm. We’re not thinking too far down that road because we’re quite busy with this one at the moment.”
Eavis also addressed rumours that Radiohead would turn up to play a secret show. “There’s no planned Radiohead gig at the moment,” she said. “But obviously we would love to have Radiohead back. Personally I’d love to have them play next year but at the moment there’s no confirmation, so we’ll have to see.”
Newly announced acts for this year’s fest include Tame Impala, Shura and Christine and the Queens. Wolf Alice and Skepta have also been confirmed for a Pyramid Stage slot, which is massive.
The festivla takes place 22nd-26th June, with Adele, Coldplay and Muse headlining.
Featuring Yard Act, Death Cab For Cutie, Graham Coxon, Maisie Peters and more.
