Gwilym Gold Readies Debut Album For Release

After causing quite the stir when he announced it, Gwilym Gold is set to release his first long-player, ‘Tender Metal’, on 10th September, via the Apple App store.

Yes, you read that right. Eschewing a standard release on physical format, the record will instead be released via the ‘Bronze’ player app for iPod, iPad and iPhone. The player takes each songs composite layers and elements and subtly reworks them on each listen so the listener never hears the same song twice. Pretty nifty, eh?
