Haim announce European tour including huge Alexandra Palace show
It was announced with an impromptu Spice Girls cover outside the North London venue.
Haim are bringing their ‘Sister Sister Sister’ tour to the UK and Europe this summer, and just announced their biggest UK headline show to date at London’s Alexandra Palace in pretty brilliant fashion.
Announcing the tour on Twitter, Este, Alana and Danielle jumped into an impromptu cover of the (soon to be reunited?!) Spice Girls’ ‘Say You’ll Be There’ outside the gates of the North London venue, which they’ll play on 15th June.
The ‘Sister Sister Sister’ tour begins in the US at the start of April, reaching Europe at the beginning of June, with other UK shows set for Glasgow and Manchester.
Haim released their second album ‘Something To Tell You’ last year, and we welcomed them to the cover of DIY as a result. Re-visit our July 2017 cover feature with the band here.

HAIM: Calling It Quits
Now over a decade into their career, HAIM have long since hit their stride — and, having already spent years navigating the industry’s infamous fickleness, on fourth record ‘I quit’ they literally “don’t give a fuck”. With a period of break-ups, overthinking, and crippling self-doubt now behind them, the LA sisters are letting their hair down, ready to abandon fear and embrace a summer of vulnerability, freedom, and fun.
