Single drop!
hard Life share new single ‘y3llow bike’ ahead of forthcoming record ‘onion’
The band, formerly known as Easy Life, will unveil their new record on 18th July.

hard life have just released a brand new single! The song, titled ‘y3llow bike’ is the latest offering from the band’s new album, ‘onion’, due on 18th July via Island EMI.
‘y3llow bike’ tells the story of a crush, says lead singer Murray Matravers. “[It’s] the classic story of falling for a friend. There’s that constant tug-of-war between wanting to protect the friendship and dealing with the fragile ego that fears rejection.”
The new single comes alongside a video which was filmed during Murray’s time in Japan - where the idea for the album originally came about. ‘Y3llow bike’ follows lead single ‘othello’ and the Shrek Inspired ‘OGRE’ which will both appear on the new record.
