Heartworms shares latest single ‘Extraordinary Wings’
The track gets lifted from her forthcoming debut ‘Glutton For Punishment’.

South London’s Heartworms - aka Jojo Orme - has offered up another taste of her debut album, in the form of ‘Extraordinary Wings’.
The latest cut from her forthcoming full-length ‘Glutton For Punishment’ follows on from her previous single ‘Warplane’, which landed back in October, and continues to channel her fascination of Spitfires and other military aircraft. A darkly rhythmic cut, it sees our narrator stuck in the midst of feeling awe (“You have intentions of a bird / Teach me your logistics on to fly like that”) and horror (the track’s main refrain, “I don’t wish murder ‘cos l got no right”) in their wake.
The track lands ahead of her album’s release next month, on 7th February via Speedy Wunderground. It’ll follow on from debut EP ‘A Comforting Notion’, which was released in March 2023, and her standalone single ‘May I Comply’, that was shared last year.
