Ho9909 put out double video for ‘Savage Heads / Gates of Torment’

New Jersey thrash-rap band Ho99o9 have shared a new double video for ‘Savage Heads’ and ‘Gates of Torment’. The new visuals form the second installment of a three part video series.

Having initially received comparisons to Death Grips, Ho99o9 are proving far more aligned with the breakneck punk of Black Flag and Bad Brains. Cut with glitches of white noise, and clouded by smoke being puffed towards the lens, ‘Savage Heads / Gates of Torment’ is as relentless and unforgiving as you’d expect from Eaddy and the O.G.M. There’s inky black puke, cable-tie androids, and at the very end, a suitcase containing what appears to be roadkill. How quaint.

Both ‘Savage Heads’ and ‘Gates of Torment’ are taken from Ho99o9’s new EP ‘Horrors of 1999,’ out on 9th June. Watch the double video below.
