Honne remix Years & Years’ ‘Eyes Shut’

Silky electro-pop duo Honne have given the remix treatment to Years & Years’ latest single ‘Eyes Shut’.

Pulling the paired back piano plunks of the original out into viscous toffee molasses, this new reworking trades out minimalism, finding reflection in soft, skittering beats instead. Circling around a looped “I want to be bigger than life,” Honne bring ‘Eyes Shut’ to life in a totally different way.

Honne hit the road for their first headline tour later this month, and meanwhile, Years & Years just announced a ma-hoo-sive area tour next Spring.
