Hooton Tennis Club share ‘P.O.W.E.R.F.U.L. P.I.E.R.R.E.’ single
Track is taken from the debut album, ‘Highest Point In Cliff Town’.
Liverpool four-piece Hooton Tennis Club have unveiled their new single, ‘P.O.W.E.R.F.U.L. P.I.E.R.R.E’.
The song forms part of a forthcoming debut album, ‘Highest Point in Cliff Town’, with the single itself out 4th September via Heavenly Recordings. It’s being backed with news of an Autumn 2015 UK tour, running from this October. Check out dates below a stream.
‘P.O.W.E.R.F.U.L. P.I.E.R.R.E’ is the most forthright these four have sounded to date. Pavement comparisons abound, but there’s extra venom running round their sarcy, wit-fledged routine this time. Plus - you can’t go wrong with a chorus that spells out the song title in one fell swoop.
