Ibeyi share video for ‘Ghosts’

Ibeyi are preparing the release of their self-titled debut album by releasing another single. ‘Ghosts’ was premiered last week on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show, with the video for the single shared today. ‘Ghosts’ follows the previous singles ‘Mama Says’ and ‘River’ from 2014.

The video finds twins Lisa-Kaïndé and Naomi starring in footage shot in grainy black and white filters. A simplistic clip, the sparseness of the atmosphere is in tune with the song’s title, as the duo provide a performance haunted by spectral images of themselves.

Ibeyi’s debut album will be released on 16th February via XL Recordings and they will also head out on a UK tour next month. Ibeyi play the following:
