Into It. Over It. announces new album ‘Standards’, shares ‘No EQ’

Third full-length from Evan Weiss is arriving on 11th March.

Into It. Over It. has shared details of his upcoming third full-length album ‘Standards’, set for release in March. The follow-up to 2013’s ‘Intersections’ is being previewed by a new track, ‘No EQ’. ‘Standards’ was written over a month spent in a cabin in Vermont last year, and Evan Weiss spoke about the recording process in an interview with Noisey: “I made two records where I thought about what I had to do, so we went to the cabin and just had fun. We’d write this gnarly shit and I’d say to Josh, ‘How fast can you play this?’ And we’d push it and push it until he physically couldn’t play it faster. Or I’d work on a part and we’d say, ‘How slow can we play that?’ We left that experience so amped on songwriting. It’d been eight years since I felt that way about writing songs.” Weiss is also set to head out on a headline tour of the US alongside The World Is A Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid To Die in March and April.
